Response trigger with gravity loader?

Hey I was just wondering if anyone knows if you can use a gravity loader with a response trigger. I know the rate of fire can be adjusted up to 15bps and they say grav. loaders feed at 8-10 so as long as I adjust the rof it should be good right? My other concern is that I have an old version of the 98 so it doesn't have ACT. would an electric loader help cut down on chops? Thanks.

Re: Response trigger with gravity loader?

I have a non-ACT and ran a responce trigger and double trigger with a gravity feed for a while till I got a Halo. yes it does brake balls but thats just the nature of the gun. I strongly recomend an electric hopper with responce trigger

You can use a gravity feed hopper but you will have to shake it every once in a while to avoid dry firing.

You can also look up the DIY act mod. It's just 1 cut and adding a spring.

Re: Response trigger with gravity loader?

I've used an RT with a gravity hopper on my old school 98 for years, but i also do not spray paint either. Burst fire is the key because the hopper just can't keep up so you can get a good 4 or 5 balls out consistently with no problems. I'm assuming these are the balls that are lined up in the neck of the gun and hopper. Now if you’re a player who likes to send a rope of paint down the field at your opponent then i would look into an electric or cyclone hopper.
