| Re: Hawk's 98 nice, i like the way you came up with a usage and way to add that g36 rail in there, cool beans, thats just a flash light but it sort of resembles what I want to do and thats either opt for a red dot or a long eye relief pistol scope and go for the scout rifle type look which is what you have going here good call sir  |

| Re: Hawk's 98 I had to use the electric tape because the stupid plastic flatline shroud. Since the rail wouldn't fit over the part of the shroud that ran the length of the gun I had to chop it off and had to vine some way to keep it from sliding all over the place. Anyone know where I can get like an M16 Short Mag that would fit onto the the grip handle?

| Re: Hawk's 98 several options sir theres the opsgear ones, but.... they are not on the website no longer, your going to have to hunt one down on evilbay or b/s/t areas in likely boards, possibly here, probably more effectively at the a5 ops counterpart to here, you can also try model98.org, theres a great resource for 98 owners as well, pbnation and etc... will also probably be good places to look heres one i found on the bay for the opsgear one Tippmann 98 custom Ops Gear M4 / M16 magizine spec ops - (eBay item 180152943279 end time Sep-01-07 14:52:50 PDT) in addtion to the opsgear one, theres a guy called bossman Military Paintball: *New* USMG "Bossman" Custom 98 M-16 Magazine Kit, USMG Specials is one place I know of that has it for sure. Bossman sells these on ebay from time to time so keep a watch out for one BossMan Enterprises Home Page thats his website but he doesn't have em listed on there, if hes not offering any on the bay you can always try and contact the guy direct for status on them thats all im aware of there may be more out there, good luck finding one, if your not entirely stuck on having an AR style magazine theres several cool AK styled ones you can get instead, just food for thought jeremy Last edited by salami : 08-29-2007 at 07:38 AM. |
