Picked up the barrel kit yesterday, all was good other than one of the 3 sizers what threaded 90 degrees from the others. :| Basically I meant I could not mount anything directly to the barrel or it may need to be adjusted when I change sizers. As my sling mount was one such item that was mounted to the barrel I had to figure out a Barrel independent option to mount my sling. This also ment that my idea for mounting the folding front sight onto the barrel will not be effective either.

I Wrapped my hopper body in Camoform, but I had to stick with the tape for the lid as I had no real way to wrap it around in a way that it would stay put. I am leaving the barrel as is for now, but should still have enough Camoform left should I decide to wrap it to.

I am still tinkering so I will endeavour to get pics up Monday.

Okay, well it took me a while longer than I thought. But here is a new pic of my current setup.



So we have my 98 Custom, still staight forward and to the point.
Car Stock
Pictured with a depleted Pure Energy tank for safety. Will be run with a Ninja 48cu 3000psi tank.
Mini-rail with a CP purging On/Off
Wrapped the braided air line in electrical tape.
NcStar M4/M16 Low Profile carry handle.
Wrapped the hopper in CamoForm though I am not happy with the colouring. Will need to get something in a darker shade.
16" Straightline Barrel Kit (Finning pictured is threaded 90 degrees counter clockwise from the others. Grrr)
Front sling mount made from the removable rear sling loop and bolt and nut from the stock and a BT Universal Bipod Adaptor.
Internal mods consist of a Howitzer Orange Bolt. (Should polish the internals one of these days.)

All in all aside from the CamoForm color not being quite as I expected, and the Finning issue, I think it looks good.
