I second that. Tippmann 98's are one of, if not the easiest marker to work on..

Huh!! I highly disagree with that. I'm just saying that I know just about everything that could go wrong with them. In fact, 98s are one the worst guns to work on.

I have yet to take it apart. but as of right now it just isnt cycling properly, it will shoot a couple times and then the bolt doesnt get blown back all the way. As of right now ima take it apart clean the internals and polish them run oil thru the ASA to lubricate the internal orings in the valve. If that dosnt fix it. then i start looking a bit deeper into it. But as of right now i know the guy who owned it, and he doesnt take care of ANYTHING he owns and i played with him a couple times and the marker is just beat on. So i plan on doing one of my favorite things. Painting the Recievers! im thinking orange tiger stripe
