what happned to the poor thingg?

He's explained in a different thread that he has, or has seen a different marker with a factory paintjob that fades from gold to black. He attempted it on his 98. Props for at least trying.

The only thing I can see "wrong" with the marker, is that it desperately needs a cleaning (paint gooped up in the front site and what-not).

Clean you gear guys, it'll take as good of care of you, as you take care of it. If you don't clean your markers, you'll be that guy in the middle of an intense game with your weapon failing and being mad at it.........it's not the marker's fault. Make sure you clean your "babies."

Does the carry handle work as a rear sight?

idont think it does it doesnt look like it has an adjuster knob

That works nicely bear, though the bipod makes it somewhat "busy". Question: Have you ever considered the foregrip with the bipod built into it? It would clean up the look a little. You miglt also consider covering the air hose with say heat shrink tubing or split loom. Just my 2 cents bro.
