It is w/ a heavy heart that I announce the resignation of tblack from the position of Regional Commander for the Midwest Operator Strike Force. T is going through some rough times in his personal life. T it has been an honor and a privilege to serve w/ you in making the OSF and likewise the OG's a better place. Thank you T for your service!

But at the same time. I'd like to announce and welcome Mutt as T's replacement. Mutt has the mind and skill set to fill the position. Mutt, T has left you some rather large shoes fill. I know your up for the task.

So OG and OSF members, let's wish well T. And welcome in Mutt.
