| Re: Air Through Grip The internal airline takes up too much space in the grip for any RT or E-Trigger in mine. But is it possible to do it with an RT or E-Trigger installed? Well, I'm not going to say it is impossible cause I think it can definitely be done but it would require more work. For the E-Trigger all you would need to do is relocate the battery and capacitor out of the way of the airline and it could work. I don't know if extending the wires on the capacitor would cause any problems with the function of the electronics tho (?). That is beyond me. I think it would be harder for the RT cause you will need to squeeze a lot parts in a small area [much more dremel work would be needed]. But again, I am positive it can be done if you took the time to make it work. |

| Re: Air Through Grip Ok thanks for the help. I want the air line to go all the way through the inside to the power tube, not just to the top of the grip.

| Re: Air Through Grip Ok so I took my 98 with E-grip apart and started thinking and looking this is what I came up with. I will use macro line for this. I think there is enough room but it will be tight red-is one way for it to come out blue-is another way(it will come from the same start point just come out at the top of grip) ![]()

| Re: Air Through Grip And have you figured out the trigger because from what I'm seeing your airline is running right thru it..You can possibly chop the top half of the trigger off but then you will need to find a way to get it to pivot and press the micro switch and reset again. Magnets of opposite polarity will help the trigger return but getting the actual pivot action will be tough. Looks interesting though.. |

| Re: Air Through Grip I dont think that you can run the air line that way. You would have to find a way to move all the pieces of the trigger and e-grip components. I guess it could be possible...but not worth it. If you want your airline to come out of the back like the blue line you could run a line on the right side of the marker where it couldnt be seen and have a quick disconnect nipple at the end. That would be easier |

| Re: Air Through Grip Around the trigger is going to be the hard part. But what i was thinking is maybe file down the part where the trigger is on both halfs. Then on the top half cut a grove for the macro line to run through. As for around the e-grip I will cut out the area behind the battery, which will let the battery sit down more in the grip. I will do the same thing for the capacitor.

| Re: Air Through Grip Have you though about how you are going to run the airline from the powertube? I think you may have to get a new valve if you are going to run a 90 degree macroline fitting directly from the powertube since you have a Platnium series and they don't have the 1/8th NPT threading. |
