| Re: Starting a new tank... Okay, yesterday was the Redneck Wagons first outting. It was first being used for medical evac and then went from that to an attack vehicle. I had to work yesterday so Vash and HighTower took it out. I took off two hours early and got to the field to find that when you get too many OSF in the same location bad stuff happens. The Deadbox boys talked Vash in to spray painting stuff on the side of my assault vehicle. And as they told me, it didnt take a whole got of talking to get him to do it. Luckily he did us OD green so when I paint it, you wont see what he did to it. Guys, lesson for tanking. Be careful who you partner with. Sooner or later they will be left alone with your tank. And someone will show up with a can of spray paint. Now I did expect to see DeadBox decals on it when I got there, but they figure to at least wait till we finish before they tag it. Anyway, I did get to the field in time enough to get to drive it in the last mission. I escorted our fields duece and a half loaded down with a players to Sim City where we were searched and escorted away by the team holding the city, to the air field. And then our troops dismounted, and open fired on our escorts. Vash and HT were on an assasination mission so I was alone till that point. The fieds leading AT player hopped in with me and our forced headed back to Sim City and begain dismanteling the oppositon. We cleared them out pretty well before I got taken out. I pulled back and parked at the nearest base to watch since there was only about ten minutes left in the game. And ended up in the middle of a mini fire fight. It was pretty fun sitting in the middle of the fight watching. Anyway, it was a good little outting for the trucks first game. We dont have the turret started yet. But this game will help to figure out how to do a few things and give us some stuff to think about for future modification and construction. It ran great and that is my main concern as the driver. Nice having a tank that doesnt die everytime you take your foot off the game. And its 4x4 which was real nice yesterday since it was raining off and on all day.
