Barrel - Sierra One?

Hey everyone, sorry for the threads, it must be getting annoying. I appreciate the help though.
I have a Sierra One/Project Salvo and i need a new barrel, i know it all depends on paint size but for me that varies and i cant afford multiple barrels.
What i really need is a decent barrel (can be any length) that has a good range and accuracy. Hopefully not too expensive either. As far as i know the Sierra One has a 98 thread if thats any help.

Thanks again, any help is appreciated

Re: Barrel - Sierra One?

As far as quality to price, J&J Ceramics are very reliable and sold new at $35.
Palmer's Brass barrels are around $40.

You will never be unhappy with a Lapco Bigshot.
14" LAPCO BIGSHOT BARREL - Tippmann 98 NEW | eBay
And this one is going for cheap.

Hammerheads are more expensive...
Stiffi Carbon Fibers are nice, but they're also pricey.

As far as kits go, the only thing that a good paint to bore match does is it greatly improves air consumption. It helps accuracy a little bit, due to regulating the output, but if you're going for accurate grab one of the above.

J&J is the way to go if you want cheap and good.

I'm rocking a 32degrees barrel on my 98 and I'm quite happy with that (can't really find J&J's where I live)

Re: Barrel - Sierra One?

Custom Products, the only way to go with single bores. Great barrel, 30 bucks a pop and you can complain. customproduct.us is the website. I shot one on my 98 for years and then got a couple for my EGO. If I am going to shoot single bores, thats the only barrel I would ever shot.

Stay about 12 inches in length anything over that really is a waste. As for bore, I would suggest anything from a .685 to .689.

I bought the J&J edge barrel kit

allows you to size your paint
and i have not tried at lapco yet i hear nothing but good things but a bit higher price but worth it!
