Flatline Threading.

Hey guys how's it goin? Been a while since I been on here due to life issues, But anyways I was playing today and noticed my Flatline on my 98 plat it almost seems like the threading is goin bad because the barrel is really loose and twist and such if you know how a flatline works you know what I mean. I was wondering if I could send it back to get a replacement or something? What do you guys think? Eventually I'm gonna get a Lapco but right now I need the Flatline to hold me over, Also any suggestions on Lapco barrels? Thanks.

Re: Flatline Threading.

I acually used masking tape on the threads to hold it in. Kinda like pipe tape but thicker and easyr to remove after your done.

I dont own a flatline but my barrel wiggles out after a few shots if I dont use the tape trick. just try it out next time you get a chance before you send it to tippmann or whatever

Re: Flatline Threading.

What I did was take a large Oring and put it on the barrel between the shroud and the reciever of the marker. This tightened things up and worked for a year or 2. Have done the same wit A5 Flatllines and had good results with them to.
