I'm not really understanding them. I have 3, but apparently more than 3 people have given me rep. Am I missing something?

And another thing. The thing in the User CP that shows the history... is it supposed to tell you what kind of rep it is(IE, good/bad)? It's just confusing to have a negative comment with a positive rep thing by it...

You have 64 points, 3 rep power.

The People that have REP'd you have power that added up to 64.

For example I have 35 power, If I REP'D you, you would gain 35 points and _____ Power.

You really just don't want to think about it. lol
Pretty much your power is how many points you give when you rep someone
The more points you earn, The higher your power gets.
If you neg rep someone, half of your power is taken away from there points.(If I neg rep you about 16 points would be taken away from your total of 64 points)
