Why you should buy quality upgrades for your cyclone

I was given a metal axle for my cyclone around 6 months ago. I went ahead and put it in. I play just about every weekend so in that 6 months I probably played 24 times. I just bought a full cyclone upgrade kit from TechT. I went to take out the old parts to replace them and got a big surprise.

Here is the old aluminum axle:

And a close up:

The metal spring that stops the axle and ratchet from turning to far did all this damage. Obviously, the parts were made with inferior metals. Cause my plastic axle looked better than this, and I used it for over year in there.

Now I'm not saying you have to get the most expensive upgrades out there. Just don't be fooled by the fly by night parts you see on Ebay, that's were my free axle came from.

Good that was, I got that axle for free, and I already replaced it before it failed on the field
