| Re: Curse tippmannparts.com Buddy of mine got a Alum. power tube....cracked first game out and he went right back to the stock one....still has it in. Waste of money IMO - If it aint broke dont fix it I had a stock one in my salvo that i used pretty hard w/ RT and Egrip both on the power tube that came with it for 2 years

| Well for what it's worth . . . I just talked with a lady at JCS. The guy that has the answer is on a business trip/vacation until the 8th of August so they should have more info then. For now, she expects the Blew Tubes sometime in August but no guarantees. I've taken them off the site for now until we get a more specific date. Looks like we do have a few of the JCS Blackpoint Red Hot Power Tubes in stock. ![]() On a side note. Does anyone care about the fine details like this of vendor stock status? Or do you all just want to know available date or not available? Just curious how much detail people like to see. Not trying to hijack this thread so if anyone wants to email me a response that's fine too. |

| Re: Curse tippmannparts.com Personally, vender stock status on really matters to me when the time frame for is indeterminate. I would like the opportunity in that case to be able to say "Yes, I will wait." or "Thanks but can I get X, Y and/or Z instead.". Though I may be welling to wait a certain amount of time for a product if it's looking like it's not likely to come in within that reasonable time frame and there are other things I could use, I want that opportunity to swap my priorities. To bieryjake: What I normally do if I see a part is on back order is I contact the supplier directly to confirm the ETA. Unlike what is posted on the website the the customer service rep should be able to look up when it's expected to arrive, ETC and be able to give you more accurate information. Their information may not always be completely accurate but chances are it will be better than just trusting a website.
