Hey guys, havent posted in a while but I have a quick question. Now last night my brother and I made us some grenades. They are the ones made from latex tubing and zipties, I used this thread:

I use a cheap G&G vest to carry my pods and tank, and I was wondering where to put the grenades. Since it is just for standard games I only feel like I need 3 or 4 grenades and I tried to jerry-rig something to hold the grenades onto the vest, but they were hard to pull off and in several trials they just exploded on myself, not fun. And before someone says it yes they have a pull saftey pin.


Any ideas as to where or how I should carry them would be appreciated, prefereably without having to use my pods to carry them, that takes too long to get a greande ready to go.

How about putting the grenades in one of your pods? Ive done that before with mixed success. I dont know how well those grenades would survive.

How strong is the mesh across your chest and shoulders?

pretty strong. i made a hook and i can use 3 grenades

What'd you use to make it, and do you think it could be in some way attached to a bdu jacket?

I used paper clips, the really really big ones, and I bent them thru the mesh with one end and made a hook with the other, it took a little fidgeting with cuz they like to swing around but I think I fixed that. And it could be attached to a BDU jacket but you'd have to put holes in it which I dont think you want to do.

a belt with a grenade pouch or two on it??

that sounds like it would work pretty well in combat, Ive got upper pockets i wouldnt mind putting holes in, but i like holliwood's idea sounds a bit safer.

Yeah I like you idea holliwood, what material would you use to make the greande pouches? A fabric of some sort?
