Mag-Fed Marker Enquiry

Ok had a question posed to me recently and thought I'd post it here. If it's in the wrong section could a mod please move it...

All the current mag-fed markers from the new Spyder MRX (base stock mag-fed) to the Rap4 Conversion kits are all mechanical markers (Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical in the way they operate) the only exception being the Phenom + Rap4 Conversion kit.

I'm curious as to how many players would be interested in the following:
- MilSim styled Mag-Fed Marker
- Spool-valve internals
- Operating pressure below 150psi
- Customizable looks
- Single Trigger
- Mechanical firing mode selector switch
- Mid to High level tournament style performance

Please note this is to get a better understanding of what guys want from a Mag-Fed marker as the above is my criteria list...

If there are any other items I might have missed please post any relevent comments below.

Re: Mag-Fed Marker Enquiry

I think all of that would be great except for a $500 plus pricetag.

Re: Mag-Fed Marker Enquiry

I did some more thinking about this and personally believe that the biggest hurddle for your project is going to be the cost of it.

but you could make the "base" be a m4 (or perhaps the m110 or sr-25 is better size-vise) reciever without any electronics inside the grip (then you can change the grip for airsoft/real steel). then make the stock, shroud and grip area the same size as real steel/airsoft so it is easy to change up.

a guy over at milsimempire put an ion inside an airsoft m4 so it is definetly doable. And the whole thing could be sold as the alpha black basic (meaning without shroud, front sight and buttstock)

but at least for me the BT and Phenom are at the top of my price range.
