| Re: What spray paint should i use? Unfortunately I dont remember the name but, there is a paint brand (im sure many) that graphity artist use which is pretty durable... Krylon / duracoat is good and usually pretty cheap There are threads on painting your gun around this forum some where sorry for not being much of a help on that Sand (very fine grit) sand paper or steel wool the "shell" Prime Depending on the color you are going to use the brighter / lighter the prime coat color the brighter your base coat color will be. This doesnt make a huge difference though. Let dry and by dry I mean exactly that once its no longer wet you could bake it some people use their home oven to do this. 10 - 15 minutes If you are baking let the gun sit for about an hour If not depending on the paint you may need to let it sit for a day 1st base color bake 10-15 minutes 2nd base color bake 10 -15 minutes Clear coat bake 10 - 15 minutes Some people sand the gun to bare metal while other just sand the gun down so that the "chips" paint scuffs are no longer noticable and then paint. |

| Re: What spray paint should i use? If you can't find Krylon try looking for outdoor spray paint. If you can find something that hunters would use on their equipment that would be even better.
