I have an idea. There was a Jersey City Police Officer who was assigned to ESU tragically killed ITLOD on July 21, 2009.

They have setup a Memorial fund for his 3 young children. To this day, the NJ pension system has still yet to give his widow any money to support her family. I don't know if that is the best idea on what to do but I just wanted to make it known. We could raffle it off or sell it and send the proceeds to the fund. Any other ideas?

Tim at Tech T wanted to know if we could possibly donate this marker to a good cause. If I can get all the parts in time, I could finish it up. It is going to be tough. Any suggestions? Would we want to donate the marker at Blanding or somewhere else? See Blanding flyer for details.

If we can't make the Blanding deadline, I know that Billy from Low Country Paintball can auction it off at his December Free Finale. We can always donate the proceeds to "Juliana Wetmore", This is the same girl that Blanding Bash is supporting. Billy is great at raising money for a cause!!!

I think it would be great to donate this marker towards a good cause. I like the idea that it would help Juliana and it would also help to promote 98OG as well. Everyone that I've come in contact through these threads imo seem to be really cool peeps and this donation to help a person in need is aces. It'll show that there's a good vibe here on these boards. Nice idea jhall.

Moose over at MCB has a sale thread for a husband whose wife was battling cancer. Any problems with building this for a sale to donate the procedes? LMK what you think. I am still open to jhall idea if I can get the necessary pieces to have it done in time.
