Well, someone's finally attempting to make an Ao2 replica mask. I found this one at ebairsoft. Too bad it can't be used for paintball.

Aye Harlequin, I've wanted one of these too. Just don't know how I could make one adaptable for paintball AND be legal as well as safe. For a time I was looking hard at hockey masks that I could build up with auto fiberglass. It was an idea that crashed and burned.

ya, i was thinking something along those lines as well, probly not as in depth as your idea, but hey, those save phace masks look pretty close, maybe if they were wider, see the thing about those masks is my sight picture, dont wanna have to slam and move my mask around everytime i go to the sights. you know what i mean, i just play with goggles, no facemask, i just wear a shemag.

Don't you just have to find a way to put lenses on it and it would be paintball legal? if thats all, all you have to do is find lenses that would fit it.

ya bear, i usually play with a severly trimmed mask, no one really sez anything, and i usually dont get shot in the head, i protect the dome quite well. lol.
