Opinions on Masks

Hey guys,I was just wondering if any of you could share your thoughts on any of the masks in JT,Dye,and V-forces product lines that have thermal lenses.By telling me how comfortable they feel, how well they hold up in the rain ,and are they worth the price?

Re: Opinions on Masks

I have worn the V-Force Grillz and Profilers. Both a awesome masks and will last for quite awhile.

JT makes good masks too. I really like the flexs, they breath very well.

Re: Opinions on Masks

My recommendation will be that you visit your local paintball shop, and try the masks they have on stock before you buy. Trust me. You will save yourself a lot of headaches and disappointments. That's how I bought my Proto FP mask, after buying 2 masks off eBay that didn't fit me well once they arrived My 2 cents

Police protection is an oxymoron. Free citizens must protect themselves. Police do not protect you from crime. They usually just investigate the crime after it happens and then call someone in to clean up the mess.

Re: Opinions on Masks

I've been using a JT Flex7 for almost 8 years now. The first and only mask I've ever owned. But really, it comes down to what you think, ya know? Your budget, what you expect out of the mask, how it feels and possibly looks. We can all give you our own personal spin, but I'm sure you've got a pretty good idea of what you seek already. Like Sith said, go try some out, find exactly what you're looking for, then perhaps go and get a bargain off ebaY or some similar site. Hell, all my gear came from ebaY. Those extra "chips" you can save could go towards upgrades or more gear. Good luck bro.

Re: Opinions on Masks

I have two Profilers and two Flex8's. Both do pretty well during night games and cooler weather.

Re: Opinions on Masks

I have had 3 JT masks.. 2 nForcers and an Elite 8 Headshield. the nForcers are great.. comfortable and cheap.. but the headshield provides the best protection.. and in my opinion look he coolest, but.... none of which are thermals. I now have a new mask by Save Phace which is thermal, interchangeable, and comfortable.. and reletively easy on the wallet at around $50 for a basic mask, visor, and lens.
