Looking for a good beginner mask

Hey guys, I'm looking for a new mask. I've only played with rental equipment before, and recently started to get my own stuff. I am looking for a decent mask to start out with. since i just got my 98 and assorted other equipment, i dont really want to shell out tons of $$ on a top of the line mask yet. I am looking to stay around $45. i would like a mask that i can switch to a smoked lens later on. What are your suggestions?

Events FTW.
Great lens and good coverage without being bulky.

how about an Invert Helix? uses the same lense as the Avatar and the E-Vents, just a simpler mask. I picked up one with a thermal lense for about $45 -$50, and non-thermals go for about $35.

That looks like a pretty good mask. seems like the thermals on ebay are going for around 35-40, which is perfect.

Re: Looking for a good beginner mask

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with mine. At the time I bought it I wasn't in a very good financial situation, but needed a mask that wouldn't fog up. Hasn't let me down yet. I could get a "better" one now, but why? ifit's working, go with it.

Oh, BTW.... Welcome to the OG!
