So I painted my mask and it got all messed up unfortunantly, I was curious as to if any of you have any tips for removing multiple layers of spray paint, I was peeling it off slowly with a razor but its taking way to long and making my fingers hurt and suggestions?

u can use paint stripper

Masks are a bugger to paint as they flex.

Since mask are rubber compounds, you dont want to use too much chemicals on it, bu you can sue some. I like break cleaner, it takes chrome off bumpers( not really). Panit stripper is good to.

Well, I would strip it with some brake cleaner like vortex said, or even just sand the crap out of it..try to flex it around some to help the paint peel off.

How did it mess up? Runs? Spotting or bumpy texture? Surface prep is a must to make the paint stick good. I ruined a Cerwin Vega amplifier in my CRX years ago by not prepping it first.

Nah I went to put clear coat on it after it was complete and that messed it up cause apparently it was really humid out that night and the humidity messed up the clear coat by making it really blurry so I completly re did it design wise and everything
