Re: Help with a viewloader genesis

do you have air? you might be low on air. If you are using a remote line you need to check that both the valve on the tank and the on/off switch on the other end of the remote line is on. also check that the board is on correctly. check the battery of your marker. if it has eyes it might have to do with something being in the way or if you are dry firing. refill the tank is what i would do. is it hpa or co2? i need to know more before i can help further.

Re: Help with a viewloader genesis

If the cup seal was bad it would leak down the barrel. If it shoots, but does not re cock, it means the hammer o-ring is bad.

You know the bolt orings are bad if the marker does not propell the ball fast enough, because the air makes it to the top tube, then leaks out the back.

You know the hammer o-ring is bad if it doesnt re-cock because the blow back air provided just runs past the o-ring.

You know the cup seal is bad when it no longer stops the air from passing it whilst closed.

When you replaced the o-rings, did you pur the red one on the hammer? Or did you just put tank o-rings in the marker?

Re: Help with a viewloader genesis

It is a mechanical marker. I have tried several new, full tanks on it and none worked. And I replaced most of the o rings in the gun

Re: Help with a viewloader genesis

The one you gotta replace is the one on the hammer, the metal piece in the lower tube that is connected to the bolt.

Edit, it should look JUSt liek the others in the rebuild kit, but red..

Re: Help with a viewloader genesis

ps I have spyder rebuild kits laying around, I can send ya for like 5 bucks shipped, it's essentially a bunch of screws for a spyder, and bolt o-ring, and hammer o-ring.
