| i am leaking from my quick disconnect ( around the male end) and i don't know what i'm doing wrong. I am sealing with teflon tape and everything. please help.

| Re: qd help sounds like maybe a oring is bad. Where exactly is it leaking? That will help to find out the problem.

| Re: qd help best i can tell it is leaking where the qd nipple screws into the asa adapter. i can see this from soaping the fittings after i installed it. and i tightened the crap out of it. should i be using the teflon or not?

| Re: qd help To much tape, not enough tape, bad o-ring......does the marker air up correctly w/o your QD connected? ..... try to narrow down the problem area

| Re: qd help i think i found the problem, the asa adapter didn't match the threads on the nipple, so it cross threaded. ill have to wait until i can get to a buddy's house and he has a tap and die set, that'll fix it..... i hope. on a side note, does anyone know what store would carry a decent tap and die set for this size? and a ballpark price. thanks
