yup thats what i have
it works well but its a PINTA to get the QD on to the nipple some times
but it still works!
also it has a bit of a cut out so a lil more relife with your mask on

They do help a little. I didn't notice until I switched back to a normal hammer though. That said, they can be very finicky. Since they are so light and move so fast, you need a new sear spring which can cause a lot of problems, especially with e-grips. Honestly, I don't see the point in buying one. You can just drill out a stock hammer and have the same effect.

been running a ZKH in my 98c (see link in sig) and I'm quite happy with it. Marker shoots snappier, and I can tell that there is less kick. Considering I payed almost nothing for it, I'm quite happy.

Unless you have to replace your stock hammer or have some extra cash to blow, I'd look at other upgrades first though.
