leak with HPA but not CO2??

So i just rebuilt my 98 custom. and when i put it back together i tested it for leaks. When i put on my HPA tank i could still hear a leak, even when i cocked it. best i could tell it was leaking out of the barrel, but im absolutely sure that the o rings are 100%. so when i tried CO2 and i added my remote line i heard no leaks. any suggestions?

Did you switch back to HPA after testing for CO2? Try with the remote line?

i tried it today with a full tank and it didnt do it n e more. is it possible that a low psi could have caused it? Im thinking of getting out of the 98s all together after today, mine just wont work right. I might betray a tippy for the full ion outfit at the pawn shop tank and barrel kit for $300 really frustrated.

Certainly. Most o-rings don't seal too well at very low pressure.

DO NOT buy an Ion for $300. Even with a full barrel kit it's only worth half that.
