| Re: favorite workout? Well for my pt. I gear up and take my pits for a 4 mile walk. Daily. I supervise the local pool and as the head lifeguard I have the privilege of swimming whenever I wish, so I try to work in 500m a day. I'm still a hefty 6' 289lbs. But the 12oz curls and pizza diet of a college student keeps me a happy fat man. I might look funny when I throw on my pod pack, muzzle the dogs, mask up and go walking, but I figure meh, no big deal, its good for me. |

| Re: favorite workout? I throw on my paintball vest, and grab my pack full of water bottles and hop on the treadmill. I carry around 4 gallons of water in the backpack, which is around 36lbs. I'll go 10 minutes with just that, and then grab 10lb weights and go another 10 min, then I grab 20lb weights and do another 10 min, then I do the last 15 minutes with just the vest. Kicks my butt, and it works really well to Then after that I will lift weights for an hour or so

| Re: favorite workout? My favorite work outs 1. beer curls 2. turkey throws 3. burger bench press 4. potato push ups 5. soft drink sit ups 6. spaghetti squats 7. lasagna leg lifts oh yea and i walk
