favorite workout?
Hi everyone! just wondering what all your favorite workouts are?

Mine are chinups/pullups, I have the iron gym Amazon.com: Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar: Sports & Outdoors


I know it looks kinda cheap but Ive had it for almost a year and its held up fine........ anyways sorry ramble off LOL.

Squat up and down from the couch. Running to bathroom, then up stairs for more food. Repeat 4 times a day and you will look like me. Out of shape, lazy but thank god for high metabalisms.

My son adam has that same equipment we got him that for xmas last year and YES he uses it EVERY DAY since then,,even right now.

ummm... track practice? lol some days we focus on running and other days like today its just an hour to an hour and a half of straight core and upperbody workouts with a 5 min break

I go to the gym at my school to lift Bench, squat etc.
