Re: Apex2

I have it and it's great. If you want a sniper though, I would put the tip on a differant barrel

Re: Apex2

i would say Lapco bigshot assult barrel (threaded tip) for the sniper-esq look would be best, got the barrel on my TPX and X7 and may pick up another for the A5

Re: Apex2

is the Bigshot spiraled like a rifle? does it really have an effect on how the paint fly?

Re: Apex2

that spiral stuff to me is just a gimmick, does not really do much IMO, the lapco barrels will stabilize the ball just as it leaves the barrel already and the porting is set so its at the optimum point for best effect. and if your using the apex tip with barrel adapter (i know one is made for the lapco barrels) that would let you use the apex on your marker...

Bigshot is not rifled.

Re: Apex2

I just picked up an apex 2. I'm hoping to try it out this weekend and see how it performs. It looks killer though.

Re: Apex2

Lapco 8" apex ready Bigshot, and a 10" lapco assault are the 2 barrels I run on my primary markers. I have also sold a 12"Lapco Big Shot. IMO Lapco are the best bang for your buck. Shoot straight, never break paint. Good stuff.... Add a techt bore kit and a palmers stabilizer and head to the moon! lol
