Hex's TPX

parts are getting anodized tomorrow...

-Rail removed
-breach block polished and deburred (i haven't polished the rear bolt yet)
-Barrel Block engraved ('TPX' acid etching machined off)
-Custom CNC machined trigger
-TechT Spring Kit (currently not in the gun, parts have been shipped from techt)
-pistol grip re-textured
-Sights dippled and painted
-trigger guard rounded

i own 4 mags total...i'm still thinking of making some sort of "mag-pull" for my mags

i left the lanyard mount because i actually use it

it functions fine without the bolts from where the bottom rail was, but if i have problems i'll build a clamp for there

Re: Hex's TPX

once again hex I must say I really am impressed. lemme know how well the thing holds up without the bottom 2 screws. If it holds 2gether well then thats whats gonna happen to mine(not a fan of the rail)

the tube with the bayonett mount for the end cap is held in with interlocking holes/studs....so it shouldn't go anywhere.....if i do have a problem, one solution is to tap a set of the holes and drill a stud out so i can clamp everything togethere with a bolt on each side....

without the bolts (from the rail), there is a small gap at the bottom of the gun as well the end cap for the co2 doesn't hold in there snug without a co2 in there (because theres an o-ring there to keep the end cap in so it doesn't get lost)...hope that made sense

Re: Hex's TPX

Looks good. Is there any way to fab up a sliding trigger for it? That would look pretty cool.

no...noway.....cant be done within the TPX receivers....and i will aggree with you, it would hypotheticly have the badass knarley factor....

unlike a 98/a5/x7 trigger, the pivot point on a tpx trigger is in the middle AND the linkage arm must be pulled forward to trip the valve....
