Well i hate the steel braided hose going from the bottom of the grip to the middle of the gun, I saw another user had modified a 98 to redirect the airline on the side and through the grip. Well it inspired me to do this to my Carver one and here it is!



Works great with first strike and normal paintballs!

I got the fittings from McMaster carr, I bought:
two of these 5220K94
Two of these 5220K34
I already had two brass elbows that measured 1/2" which seem to fit perfect! Not sure where you can get them! I was going to try these Brass Braided Steel Line Fitting - 90 Degree Elbow
Also i just bought 1' of macro line!

Make sure you have a dremel as there is alot of carving and cutting!

That gun is the very definition of cheating. ;-)

You ever see an automag? Half the size of a 98/Carver, potentially lighter, and just as reliable. Oh, and much better performer too.

Anyway, gun looks good. Maybe you could use SS hardline on the outside to make it more out of the way.
