I don't know too much about that mask, but after looking it up I would say the Invert Helix mask.
This mask uses the E-Vents goggle lens, and they are AMAZING. It looks like the other mask doesn't use those lens.
The E-Vents almost never fog, and it really sucks when you're out on the field and can't see. If there's anything else you'd like to know, just ask.

I bought the Helix today for $30 and I love it!!! Ive been messin around with it. I know it has thermals but didnt see anything on the bag about e-vent.
