yea they are definitely lighter.. when i first got them i compared them to my fusion 7 jersey and ultralites.. these things breathe a heck of a lot better, but since they are mainly black they are heat magnets. however. you can do a custom order to make it all a specific camo pattern for a 10% increase in price. but if you are an active forum member you get a 5% discount if you have 100-2,999 posts on their forum, and a 10% discount for 3,000 posts and up.
im going to be sporting these at all games i go to this year and depending how they are (with being mostly black) i might do a custom pair in all spec ops digi with the pull string for the leg openings instead of velcro, and replace the velcro on the crotch with a zipper, and possibly have the pads on the knee area reduced in size... but im going to wear them all season long and just make a list of things i want to change.. but at the moment that is it.
