i was hoping some one here makes there beer because me and my bro just got a brewing kit and i want to know some good beers to make

i use to, about 5 years ago and still have all my equipment. as for good beers to brew. my suggestion is to go to your local liquor store, buy a bunch of micro brews and find out what tastes the best. if you live in the states like i do the only beer they have at the bars are crap. i myself like very hoppy and bitter beers served at about 53* the warmer temp really brings out the flavor

If you have an apple product, there are apps you can get for home brewing different types of beers and even wine. I believe it is called BoozHowTooz. I have some of them. They are all videos but very detailed.

if you make a chocolate brew I've found that doubling the chocolate flavoring makes it better

I haven't made beer for a year. I've been making red wines and I think wine us less work. I like bitter reds too. I always have two carboys of red on the go. May need to do a beer batch next week. Probably a heavy wheat.

Make some pumpkin ale!!!!! It's pumpkin spiced beer, and people seem to freaking love it! It was a big hit at our local spot...

There is a bar in NYC I go to alot called The Ginger Man, that serves this one called Chelsea Pumpkin Pie Ale. I must say it is freaking awesome. This place has over 60 taps and 130 some odd bottles of beer.

Sweet thanks for the help and that sounds good pumkin ale i have to make that one so for we only have honey blonde ale, hazelnut brown ale, brown ale, and a porter our next brew is an irsh red or a ipa. The thing i love about southern california is all the brewerywe have for example serria nevada brewery is about 30 minutes from my house. The stone brewery is like an hour away we got many more brewerys but those are some of my favorites
