So as most know I have been learning photography
and re-learning cinematography, also brushing up on my editing skills.
I have been hard at work trying to learn as much as i can and also apply as much I can
while doing these little shoots.

I have hit three tournaments, a couple of walk on games and other small stuff
Well I just sponsored my first tourney paintball team, with photography and film

Now I need a name, something I can stick on their jerseys, after i get a name I will get my logo down been working with a graphics design artist

I like Arson's photography
but thats to general, I need something exciting so come on guys lend your creativity to me

Business sense says you want to keep it as general as possible instead of pigeonholing yourself into only one market segment.

Looking at your sig "24 photography" might be an option. Action 24 photography? As you can see I'm lousy at this.

Well if its just for your paintball film and photo I would have your callsign integrated in the name. Even though fire and film don't really go well together lol.

If your trying to go beyond your own team (my team has been trying to pay our shutterbug friend to follow us around at events and practices) I would KISS it. Arson's Paintball Photography. Then its not at all misleading and is definitely PB friendly.

hehe I like Lemi_died's suggestion.

Kinda the same situation with our film buddy. He use to play but ran into some time and money issues so he doesn't play anymore, so we wanted to get him out(we pay his way in exchange for some quality caps of our team to promote us and have evidence to share with our pb player organization. Not to mention we all have a good time hanging out.

If its just for you or people close I'd agree with it tying to your callsign but its always good to think ahead because hobbies often turn into adventures and who really knows what it may get you into. Good luck either way.

I seriously strained my mind over trying to come up with a "cool" youtube name. I thought of at least 30 or more names. But I came to found it was all corny and I just went with my name. Krahn Video. It is so much simpler, and I am very glad I went with it because it puts a name to your service, is simple, its probably original, and it doesnt pin you down to any restricted cliche.

Hope that helps, I look forward to seeing your work around here. I also want to get some of my own fun amatuer projects started when school gets out.
