What is the easiest way to get people into my team? Like i want to make a organized recreational team.

It starts with a solid core of people. Once you have 2 or 3 with markers, just go out and have fun. Invite people to play, maybe get some cheap markers to loan out etc. Let people see how fun it is.

As for Woodsball v Scenario... well, start woodsball and when things get rolling, add some small scenarios. Its hard to play scenario with just a few people. Though it can be done. (Case in point, I hide in my ghillie and have people hunt me down. Not a great one, but it can be fun.)

Basically, start by just having fun. And never... never lose that!

post flyers at your local paintball shop maybe at a high school if you get promissions post on forums and post on myspace/facebook. I am helping a friend in iowa but where he is at it not the popular near him only 2 ppl called him up i told him, im willing to help him to post it up here on 98og, and the sister forums.

We got members for our team by Posting on Craigslist. And Scenerios can be done with a small group. My Team was Team MVP at Camp Miles "Out of Ashes", and we only had 3 guys at the game. There were approx 400 at the game total.

We started out as just mates going paintballing. Said to our best players you guys want to make a team? They said yea and we went from there. Just make sure everyone has an essential role and feels valued. Everyone wants to be spec ops and no one wants to be a private :P Of course you have to compromise.
