| Re: Ball Breakage First things first, take apart the gun and clean out all the broken paint out of the breach. Same with the hopper. Broken paint leads to more breaks. Secondly, if you have broken paint in your hopper, you are likely chopping; meaning you are shooting faster than the paint is feeding. Easy solution? Don't shoot as fast, or get a hopper that will keep up. Lastly, what paint are you shooting? The paint you have might just be old or stored improperly or something, and is just so brittle to the point where the air shooting the ball is shattering it. Try a different brand of paint and see if that helps.
