Having some trouble.

Ok guys I have a VERY unique situation here. The plastic part that houses the drive spring, well my drive spring has literaly bore straight through it and now I can't even get the spring out of the housing. Also my drive spring is badly warpped. I don't have ZKH. I'm running a dogleg. Now I asked for help on the a5og and got banned, because they didn't believe me. (long story). Any help guys?

Re: Having some trouble.

either just put it in a vice and rip out the spring with pliers, then replace the spring. or if worse case senario buy a new hammer, houseing, spring ect. from tippmannparts.com. oh, and what about those pictures?

edit: another option would be to send it to tippmann.

Re: Having some trouble.

Don't mess with it and get a new hammer or ZKH from Tech T. If you have the old style hammer, it is a worthwhile upgrade anyway. If it is the new style hammer, call Tippmann and see what can do. Tippmann CS is usually pretty good.

If you are talking about the rear cap, Tippmann did have a problem with these and will warranty them. Second option is to get a JCS or DOP rear velocity adjuster. You will also need to get a new drive spring and pin.

Just going by what you stated but pics would be good.

**EDITED**

Just seen other other post. You must already have the new style hammer with the plastic insert. That can be removed and a new insert installed. Would also pick up a new drive spring and pin. Check close and make sure that you do not have anything bent or damaged that can throw the alignment out and cause more damage. Personally, I would also change the rear cap also.

Re: Having some trouble.

I think I will upgrade to a ZKH. How much would one cost? I'll post up some pics when I get the chance. I'm always on my iPod.
