I think its a great idea for those who have limited access to HPA/CO2. And I dont think its unsafe what so ever. Do you guys really think Tippmann (being the good reliable company it is) would release a dangerous gun?

I've run airsoft guns on propane for years. It's vastly cheaper than the conventional airsoft gas sources.

It's no more dangerous than using propane to cook food if the proper parts and common sense are used.

(I've always wanted to rig up some kind of repeating igniter to create "muzzle flash")

The C3 may not be upgradeable but thats what a 98 is for. The C3 is for consistance and long lasting, it is very accurate. I love mine and I finally get a chance to use it in a game.
