Re: 98 VS 98 Custom

I've got the 98 custom. Had it for 4 or 5 years and only used it a few times. Was a Christmas gift from the wife, came from Walmart. Shame on me for not getting out and playing.

Re: 98 VS 98 Custom

I think I oh ready did this, but I have a 98, 98 custom, 98 custom A.C.T., Project Salvo (the guts are a 98) so pretty much I only use a 98, hoping to get a couple more (Alpha Black and Carver One). And of now me and my team decided to make it a mandatory rule that everyone on the team should have a Tippmann 98 style marker.

Re: 98 VS 98 Custom

I own a model 98. I purchased used@ a pawn shop and have owned it for about 2+ yrs. The only thing I ve had to replace is the ball latch. I think the durability of this marker from my paintball experience (5+yrs, own 10 different markers) exceeds all. I am currently looking into getting a 98C for the modification potential.
