I actualy have a Dye Ultralite and like it, but i would like to have a silencer on my marker.... so I want to know what you would do..... make a homemade silencer for my Ultralite or buy a new barrel (any kind, lenght, bore and price, just say what's the most accurate)

PVC pipe. It'll do wonders for you if you know what you want.

i'm pretty sure Druid covered this a while back either here or on another forum. yes silencers are illegal if they actually muffle sound. And, I do believe that mock silencers are just loudeners imo. But, yeah you are probably best off listening to magmoor ( very knowledgable guy imo)....i think he was just in a hurry to type... I believe he is referring to a "Class C" firearms license, which allows you to purchase some automatic weapons, silencers and the proper fittings to attach to different barrels and such...

a couple of years back there was some guy who actually got raided by the feds, who house trashed just because of a silencer...Hey, just make a RAINCOVER!!!!

real ones that quiet the shot are not

Yeah, I don't know much of the details, I just know that silencers are illegal without a certain license. Don't know what kind, don't really care.

And yeah, mock silencers are ok, because they are MOCK. meaning, just for show.
