You could just take two bolts, with a wide end (Don't remember what it's called, it's like a nut but not nut shaped, wide and flat) then put them through the plate on the side of the sight, hold the assembly next to the phenom and place the screws so that they go through the vents at the top of the phenom and just screw the wide pieces on the other end. Pretty much just clamping it onto your phenom by the vents and two bolts without any drilling, cutting, grinding or sanding.
