Thanks Gwal. That stock is the Metadyne MP5 Sliding Stock, fully extended in that picture. I originally bought it to complete the MP5 look I had, but I thought it looked cool with the AK foregrip. It kind of looks like the Krinkov AK-47, which I don't see too often around my home field. Here's what it looks like collapsed. This was also before I had added the Apex tip to the mix:

Nice X7. I have the Tippmann AK body kit on my 98 and I picked up the X7 front sight to 'complete' the look, but with the sight on, I don't have a barrel cover that fits over the sight. What did you use before your Apex?

Jay, The barrel cover I use came with my X7. It looks exactly the same as a standard Tippmann cover, but twice as wide. It fits over the apex, and both the M16 and AK sight fit fine into it.

I'm not sure where to find the larger Tippmann covers by themselves though. Maybe call Tippmann directly? Also, you have any pics of your marker? I'd like to see it.

Looks good! I was wondering how an AK setup would look on a 98. I always thought the front grip would kind of ruin it. I've never seen anyone with your setup though. Very nice.

Interesting. Normally I like to slap people for mixing different parts but it somehow fits. If it was angled it would look like a underfolding Kalishnakov.
