Well on my rig in the front, I have the pod holders, radio holster, admin panel, Battle Swab holster and IFAK. The rear has camelback and tank pouch. If I get a chance to later, I will upload a pic. I got most of the gear from Sean aka Kanuck (which is awesome stuff)

great rig....well worth the money...i'm tempted to make some fake 'plates' for it....reason being i run a drop pouch, so as i empty mags out, it gets pretty loose, and its not the greatest rig for putting mags back into the internal mag pouches...i'm hoping fake plates will solve both problems

my qloader rig is a Condor tac vest with Opsgear and rap4 140 pouches (i prefer the rap4 ones)

thats right, i said it...me, hex...mr anti-crap4, found a product of theirs that i like....is the best pouch i've found for qpods...
