| Re: A question of getting kills? I agree with you. I don't have a response but that sounds just about right. Really the only negative thing about a response trigger is that some fields don't allow ramping. So check with your local field and if they allow it than go ahead. I on the other hand I have no money so I can't get one right now. ![]()

| Re: A question of getting kills? Basically this is a yes and no answer. If you like to spray and pray then yes its going to help. But you will go through more paint and your accuracy will probably decrease do to the fact that you wont aim. If you like accuracy over BPS then no its probably not going to help. This is because you will aim before firing making it a pointless mod. It all comes down to your style of play. Me I like to play both so I am going to buy a Board someday.

| Re: A question of getting kills? I find that the most essential part of hitting someone is not the length of time between the paint it seems to me getting a good burst of fire a good whatever 5-20 rounds off in the first second to 3 seconds before the guy you are shooting at ducks. and I calso find when you are just mashing on the trigger to get lots of shots off you are jerking the gun around in most cases more than you would be if you had either an electronic or rt trigger |

If you bought a fang trigger I bet you could achieve that with out the help of an RT. There is no real point in buying an RT if you are going to set it that low.

| Re: A question of getting kills? Though I have an RT, I mostly single shot, but in times where my buds need suppressive fire to advance or to hold down opponents attempting to advance on us I'll spray to keep 'em down. The only other time I auto fire is when I'm the lone bandito assailed by more than one opponent. Practice single shot accuracy first, it'll help you in the long run and save you some dough. Paint isn't cheap and doubt it'll get any cheaper. |

| Re: A question of getting kills? I also have a RT. I have it set close to a 3 shot burst.I prefer to pick my shot and i usually only fire 1 or 2 at a time. Saying that closing the gap is like saying if i fire 100 rounds or 10 rounds will i get a kill. If you fire 100 you have better odds on a hit. I agree that you need to practice singles first then graduate to multiples. Having a response trigger or an e-grip set to fire at the max bps is good for suppressive fire or for a quick retreat. |
