Need Advice

Well in 2 weeks.. My squad and I will be foregoing a 3 v 10 big game with us being the 3... the area we are playing in buts up against a small christmas tree farm witha 50ft dirt road then woods where they will be coming from... I am planning to set up a spider hole and 2 defensive firing positions within the tree farm.. we have a camo net thats 8X4.. im thinking set that in the floor of the tree farm and use it as sort of a concealment without wearing full ghillie in 80 degree weather...

yeah.. i was kinda thinking guerilla tactics.. but if I just lay low and bottle neck them from unknown positions to them.. we might have the upper hand on stealth..

Re: Need Advice

Don't take just my opinion but I think defence because when you get charged you can start picking them off one by one.

ahhh....clarification, that helps alot...I'd say, try and do some hit and run guerilla tactics, kinda like the v.c. did to our boys in vietnam. It worked for them, why not work for you...ie. be offensive...

'course, you could try the whole sniper thing, and as long as you have good enough camo, and use the right strategy, you could triumph...afterall, there have been real life battles where a single sniper was able to hold off whole batallions of soldiers...

so really, it would probably be better to assess your situation, based on what skills you have, which you have perfected (although perfection is impossible), and what your markers are able to do.

honestly, none of us can tell you for sure, which would be your best course of action, simply for the mere fact that none of us know you. and by that, i mean none of us know what skills you have, what your good at, and so on and so forth.

BUT, I hope some of our responses are helpful for you and your team to make your decision.

Also, it would help us to know what kind of gear you have access to, for instance: if you can get your hands on some paint mines/boobytraps, you could set them up, on your side of the dirt road, but make sure that they are well hidden...other gear, other scenarios could play out, etc...

yet another also, if you know your "enemies" playing strategy, that would help you better decide on your strategy. ie. do some recon...

Yeah I think I might go with the S word... I have thge advantage of hiding in the farm.. we can see out.. but no one can see in... and the kids we are playing with are the baseline players.. no ereal skilll but one of my team is defecting so they some chance with his leadership..
