What is your preffered method. I tend to be methodical and slow. I think mostly due to my weak ankles lol.

Same here, I used to run and gun, but i overlooked people who then shot me, so not doing that anymore

I kinda blend the two, I run and gun until I get into the thick of things then I slow down and start choosing my moves carefully. At the very least I try to make 1 move for every pod of paint I use. If I'm shooting more than a pod at the same target then I dont have a good enough position.

I run and hit the middle as fast as possible and try and take out ppl as they run on to the field but after in the middle i reley on my other team mates to make sure i have cover fire until i need to move

I'm more slow though reserve the right to make a dash. However, in scenarios I carry a ton of ammo and mount a under gun mounted havoc launcher. So to be fair I'm a bit too heavy to be fast.

move slow and stay low!!! i tend to try to follow that rule in the woods and in buildings. the faster you move, the more out of breath you will be, and the more unsteady your shots will be. I also only try to move under cover/ suppression fire but if I am alone, i only move when the wind blows, or my prey moves...

I am a mix of the two. If I know it will be a while before I see the opposing team I will run up until I encounter some resistance. If I know the opposing team is knocking on the door to our base then I will move slow and methodical. I usually prefer to outflank them rather than take them head on.

I hardly ever run playing paintball. I let everyone else run at the break, and I use that confusion to disapear.

Yeah, for me if I'm practicing on the field I'll run around in the back and when I move up, get a work out.

And then when I'm playing with my friends in the Army and Marines infantry, then I'll slowly walk (like baby steps) around while I'm praying to whatever god that is listening to at the time, LOL

Really it gets scary when I'm playing with my friends.
