ok so i got a Q-loader becouse im left eye dominant and its really annoying cuz all the tippmann guns have the hopper going right into my face when i hold the gun left handed to aim...
so i was wondering how many left eye'd people are out there

I have no eye dominance according to my M.D. which is bizzar according to him because most peoples eyes dont focus independantly where as mine do.......could you add that as an option madman? Sorry to goof up your pole.......

i didnt want to put another option cuz some people just dont know

like i didnt find out that i had a dominant eye until i was like 14 i was shootin skeet (shotgun shooting) and was getting like 10-12 out of 50 and someone was like hay try this little thing (you hold up your hand and close each eye and whatever eye you have open when your hand doesnt move is your dominant eye) but anyway i found out i was left eye dominant switch hands and immediatly start hitting like 30-40 out of 50 it was crazy...

Well its not technically the eye you close when you shot, I shoot for many many years righty just because its more comfy for me to hold the gun that way, but when i started to shoot competitively i found out i was left eye dominate. The way you find out is take your hands and cross them so that you form a Spade shape or up side down heart with the part of your hand between your thumb and index. Then you focus on a small fixed object ie. door knob, bring your hands up so that your looking threw the hole you created and slowly bring your hands back to your face keeping the object in the center of the hole. you'll notice that your hole will go to one eye or the other, DON'T FIGHT IT just bring your hands back slowly and once your hands are close enough to your face you'll only be able to see the object with one eye. They eye that you go to is your Dominate eye.

im primarily right eye dominant but i have the unique ability to ignor the dominant eye when im shootin either left or right handed i actually had to learn to when i was in the marine corp because of a knee injury i couldnt get into the kneeling position right handed and had to shott that part of the course left handed my coach saw that and had me shoot for the score entirely left handed and i shot 2 points higher so now i use either eye when i actually sight down the marker

ya sapper it is possible to do both like in your case : )

but for a lot of people it helps a ton to know like me
went from shooting 10 out of 50 to 30 or 40 out of 50

which is awesome but since i cant hit the broad side of a barn with either eye ill stick to shooting 00 buck or shooting enough paint down range to insure that at least one will score a hit

What really stinks is when your right arm is your strong hand and you're left-eye dominant. Thats the problem I have, so I have to shoot lefty when shooting real steel. With paintball, however, I rarely use the sights so I shoot with my strong hand.
