Im getting the Project Salvo soon. I wanted to see what all I needed to get for it besides cyclone & response trigger.

Maybe consider a new barrel, the new CP Tactical barrel is sweet and only 50 bucks.
Other than that a cyclone and R/T and youll be set!

Salvo is great marker. All I did to my Alpha Black was Etrigger, Cyclone, and new barrel. That's all you need. The stock barrel is better than most stock barrels, but it's still a stock barrel

He's got a point there. I have an Egrip on my Alpha Black, and my Phenom. I tend to use semi anyways.

i have a salvo with R/T Cyclone...works great. I have a 16in SP barrel for when i want a longer barrel but the stock one works fine for me.
I went with the Fixed AB stock just like it better, the folding stock kind of hit my cyclone housing...also i went with the AB mag as well\

That's one of the only things I didn't like about the Salvo was the short mag. But the Alpha Black mag, or any real steel M16 mag will fit. I know a lot of the guys use MagPul Pmags, just cause they look BA

The only thing that really bothers me about the salvo is the butt stock. I just think the stock one is just ugly for that gun.

M4 stocks, CAR stocks, they're all horrible as far as mask clearance and ergonmaics go. if u get any stock get either a Special Ops Dogleg stock, or a wire AK stock that u can remove the top bar from. you dont have to angle ur head and eyes is some wierd fashion just to look straight ahead while shouldering your stock

Yeah, Those M4 stocks are just too sexy.
